Clear terms, no surprises.

Preview note: this site is a working demonstration. Account and order data are stored locally in your browser, social sign-in is simulated and payment is sandboxed. These terms describe how the live service will operate.

1. Services

NEXA provides fixed-price website, e-commerce, native app and growth services. The scope of your project is defined by the plan you choose, the extras you add and the brief you submit. Anything not listed in the brief is outside the quoted scope and will be quoted separately.

2. Plans and prices

Prices are displayed in Tunisian Dinar (TND) and include applicable taxes and studio fees. Current starting prices: one-page website 50 DT, e-commerce 150 DT, native iOS and Android app from 1,200 DT, SEO and consultancy from 90 DT per month. Add-ons and express delivery are shown in your estimate before payment.

3. Payment

Projects are paid in full at checkout unless we agree otherwise in writing. We accept Flouci, IZI by Zitouna, Wafa Cash, Ooredoo Money and D17 through licensed providers. A project starts after payment is confirmed and the brief has been reviewed. Recurring plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled before the next renewal.

4. Delivery

Indicative delivery windows are 3 working days for Launch, 7 for Commerce and 21 for Native. The clock begins when we have your payment, content and feedback channel. Delays caused by missing content, late feedback or third-party approvals move the delivery date accordingly. Express delivery prioritises your project for a 25% surcharge.

5. Revisions

Each project includes two rounds of design revisions within the agreed scope. Additional rounds or new requests are billed at 60 DT per hour or quoted as a new add-on. Small text and image updates after launch are included during the support window.

6. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the content and details you provide, for owning the rights to images and text you supply, and for reviewing the project promptly. You must not use our services for illegal, deceptive or infringing activity.

7. Ownership

On full payment, you own the delivered website or app, its source files and the content we created for you. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to. Third-party components and fonts remain under their respective licences.

8. Domains, hosting and third parties

Domains and hosting are provided by third parties. We manage them on your behalf when selected as an add-on, but we are not responsible for outages, price changes or policy decisions of those providers. Payment providers are independent licensed entities.

9. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel before work begins for a full refund of the project fee. Once design or development has started, work completed is non-refundable; we will refund any unused portion of the project fee. Monthly plans can be cancelled before the next billing date.

10. Support and warranty

Launch and Commerce include 30 days of post-launch support; Native includes 60 days. We fix defects in our delivered work at no cost during that window. New features, content changes and third-party issues are handled under a care plan or a new quote.

11. Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or data, except where Tunisian law does not allow that limitation.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia. Disputes will first be addressed in good faith; if unresolved, they fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Tunis.
