Your data, handled with care.

Preview note: this build stores account, brief and order data locally in your browser using localStorage. No data is transmitted to a server until the production backend is connected. Social sign-in is simulated and payments are sandboxed.

1. Who we are

NEXA Digital Studio is a web design and development studio based in Tunis, Tunisia. You can reach us at hello@pingou.pro or +216 55 240 880.

2. What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and a password hash. Social sign-in would receive your name and email from the provider after consent.
• Project brief: your business details, goals, design preferences, domain, integrations, contact details and optional file names.
• Orders and payments: the plan selected, estimate, order reference, payment method and a masked payment account reference. We never store card numbers or wallet PINs.
• Usage data: anonymous analytics about pages and conversion events, only if analytics consent is enabled.

3. Why we use it

To create your account, prepare and fulfil your project, process payment, issue invoices, provide support and improve the service. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your business information to train public models.

4. Who can see it

Only the people building your project and, where necessary, the payment provider you select (Flouci, IZI by Zitouna, Wafa Cash, Ooredoo Money or D17). Each provider processes your payment data under its own policy and licence. Hosting and email providers may process data on our behalf with appropriate safeguards.

5. How long we keep it

Account and project data are kept while your account is active and for up to 24 months afterwards for legal, accounting and support purposes. Sandbox demo data stays in your browser until you clear it or delete your account.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, export your project files, or withdraw consent at any time by emailing us. If you delete your account, we remove your briefs and personal details except records we must keep for accounting.

7. Cookies and local storage

We use localStorage to keep you signed in and to autosave your brief. This preview does not use advertising cookies. If we add analytics, you will be asked for consent first.

8. Security

Production traffic is served over HTTPS. Access to project data is limited to the people working on it. No system is perfect: if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced by email or on this page with a new effective date.
